I am the New Patient Treatment Coordinator at Dr. Paciorek's office. I have been working in the Orthodontic field for 24 years and I love it. I am married with four children and the whole family has had orthodontic treatment! My favorite part of my job is meeting our new patients and teaching them all about braces and how orthodontics can improve not only your smile, but your life.

Scheduling Coordinator

I have been a part of Dr. Paciorek's great team since January 2010.  I am currently in treatment myself and it has helped me relate to our patients; especially with the adult patients.  My husband Dan and I welcomed a baby boy, Luke Roland to our family in August. As you can imagine, we smile all the time at my house now!

I graduated from Dental assisting school in 2004 and started my career in my home state of Connecticut.  I moved to Syracuse in 2007 and was lucky enough to join Dr. Paciorek's amazing team in December of 2012.  I am the happiest I have ever been in my dental career working at this office.  I love meeting our wonderful patients and families and helping make beautiful smiles.

Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

I joined Dr. Paciorek's team in September of 2008. I was interested in becoming a patient of his and was fortunate enough to join his excellent team as well. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, & just living life to the fullest. I am originally from Iceland, but I have traveled the world and somehow ended up in Syracuse. My joy of being around people makes me great at what I do here at Dr. Paciorek's practice. I really enjoy welcoming the new patients and also the existing ones and just making the experience fun for everyone. I truly enjoy working in the field and being able to see the patients' glowing smiles is just fantastic!

I am a clinical orthodontic assistant and I have been working for Dr. Paciorek since 2003. I am married to my husband Alex and have an Akita named Jasmine. I love working in the orthodontic field. I think it is so rewarding to see the patients' smiling faces when their braces come off. It makes it all worth it!

I was born and raised in Syracuse. I have been in the dental field for 12 years & with Dr. Paciorek for the last 8 years. I love being able to see so many people I grew up with in this area and their children as patients. It's fun to watch the children grow up in the office and then finally to see them finish with beautiful smiles. We have the best adult patients also! I am married to my husband Steve and I have three daughters, Erin, Kelsey & Haley and our two dogs Boeheim and Lexi.

Registered Orthodontic Assistant

I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and moved to Syracuse in 1996. I have been a certified dental assistant for 22 years. During that time I worked in the following areas of dentistry: general, pediatrics and orthodontics. I have worked for Dr. Paciorek since 2001. Orthodontics is what truly makes me happy. I enjoy helping patients achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. I enjoy exercising, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

 

Romi Boccaccio

Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

I lived in North Carolina for most of my life, but moved to Syracuse in 2004. I have worked in the dental field for six years and enjoy orthodontics the most. My favorite part of my job is watching patients grow throughout treatment and seeing the beautiful final result. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and taking long walks with my dog Buster.

I have been involved with Orthodontics for 30 years and with Dr. Paciorek for the last 16 years. It's been a privilege and a pleasure to have experienced working in all capacities that orthodontics has to offer. Currently I am the Financial Coordinator which is very gratifying knowing that families continue making beautiful smiles a priority.

 

Dianne Austin

Insurance Coordinator

I first met Dr. Paciorek when I chose him to be my oldest sons Orthodontist. While my oldest son was in treatment I was offered a position working for Dr. Paciorek, which I gladly accepted. I have now been here for the past 12 years. Previous to that I was employed by my general dentist, at the time, for 2 years and I worked for 17 years in customer service and sales. My specialty is in insurance. I get great satisfaction when I am able to retrieve a past due insurance payment for our patients or inform a parent that "yes, you do have an orthodontic benefit through your insurance." During the past 12 years Dr. Paciorek has also treated my second son and myself to a very beautiful and life long smile. 

Mary Lou Green

Scheduling Coordinator

I am new to Dr. Paciorek's team and to the orthodontic field. I am enjoying being a part of the team and the challenge of learning orthodontics! I am married to my husband Keith, we have a son named Kolton who keeps us busy and keeps us smiling. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am excited to be a part of the team and to see all of our patients' radiant smiles!  

Naomi Laurin

Sterilization Coordinator

I became a part of Dr. Paicorek's team at the beginning of October 2012.  I graduated from OCM BOCES Dental Assisting Program and have had dental experience since 2009.  I am 23 years old and am about to get married in June to my fiance Nelson.  I have never been happier!  My job and my life are finally right where they should be.  I love helping people feel great about showing off those pearly whites!
